Faire griller les aubergines dans la po\u00eale \u00e0 frire avec l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, le sel et le poivre. Eplucher et \u00e9craser l&#8217;ail. Ajouter \u00e0 l&#8217;aubergine.  <\/li>\n<li>Retirer la po\u00eale \u00e0 frire du feu et ajouter le jus de lime.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez l\u2019avocat en quatre et enlevez d\u00e9licatement le noyau. Enlevez ensuite la peau. Coupez les quatre morceaux en petites tranches.  <\/li>\n<li>Coupez l&#8217;halloumi en tranches longues et \u00e9paisses d\u2019environ 0,5 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur et disposez-les dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire dans laquelle vous aurez fait chauffer de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Faites-les dorer sur les deux faces. <\/li>\n<li>Toast deFaites griller les tranches de pain dans un grand grille-pain ou au grill.sneetjes brood in een ruime broodrooster, of onder de grill.<\/li>\n<li>Placer les tranches d&#8217;aubergines sur le pains et ajoutez des tranches d\u2019avocat.
